Returns

Please notify me within 14 days of receiving your parasol that you'd like to return. My return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet 2 requirements:

  • Items must be in their original conditions
  • Items customized specifically for you are not returnable (if I can restock your item, I will. I'm not trying to force you to keep anything.)

Returns Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise stipulated by your local laws.

If I made a mistake with your item either in its creation or shipping, I will pay the return shipping.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that the returned item was received, whether it was found in original condition, and if it was approved. 

Once you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within an amount of days determined by the payment processors.

 

Restocking Fees

I do not charge restocking fees.
