Gay Pride Flag Rainbow 48" Crochet Parasol - All Flowers Pattern

This parasol is 48" in diameter featuring a gay pride rainbow flag. The mandala starts with bright red at the center and gradually fades through the ROYGBIV rainbow until it gets to purple at the edge.

The pattern is one of my own design which I call All Flowers. You'll find a tiny daisy at the very center, a second in the negative space, then a much larger daisy in the stitches followed by leaves, then tulips, and fans complete the pattern. 

This parasol curves quite a bit. I've done my best to illustrate this curve in the pictures, but it was very difficult to take pics! 

This yarn is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. This certification means the yarn has been tested for harmful substances that may occur in harvesting, processing, or dyeing the yarn.

My parasol has 8 arms and an automatic opener. You'll find a metal main shaft with a curved handle and brass fittings for the top and arm tips. I have reinforced the arms for increased durability. Care should be exercised to ensure the arm tips aren't caught in the mandala before using the automatic opener.

While it won't keep the rain off your head, the parasol will diminish the sun's rays and help you look queerly whimsical.
