Gay Pride Rainbow 33" Parasol - Starburst pattern

This fiber art parasol is 33" in diameter featuring the ROYGBIV Gay Pride rainbow flag. The mandala doily starts with bright red at the center and gradually fades through the rainbow until it gets to purple at the edge.

I've used a pattern of my own design that features a 10-pointed starburst at the center extending out to the edges with a diamond-shaped net pattern between the star's points. This pattern provides a high amount of coverage from the sun. 

This yarn is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified. This certification means the yarn has been tested for harmful substances that may occur in harvesting, processing, or dyeing the yarn. Cotton is a remarkably dirty crop to work with and while OEKO-TEX isn't perfect, it is better.

This parasol has 10 arms and a manual opener. You'll find an aluminum main shaft with a straight bamboo handle and fittings for the top and arm tips. Please take care to ensure the arm tips aren't caught in the doily before using the automatic opener.

While it won't keep the rain off your head, this parasol will diminish the sun's rays and help bring whimsy to your life.
